We are looking for forward-thinking individuals to fill in the following positions:
The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible in helping our clients reform their operations and support their business by providing intuitive guidance. He/she will be an important ally to every organization who wants to invest in change and improvement and needs help as to where and how. The consultant must have a broad knowledge of the many facets of business pertaining to his assigned domain or industry.

Technical Duties:
  • Responsible for Bid (RFI/RFP) Response, solution scoping, solution design & Bid Process
  • Define and Build a strong, winning Estimation/solution that address the pain-points by translating a strong understanding of the customer business context
  • Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et. al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
  • Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical Estimation/solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes
  • Strong contribution to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities
  • Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Mapping clients’ requirements and coordinating in implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any IT-related course
  • A minimum of five years in a senior professional or technical role, or other hands-on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator. Experience in its practice area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experienced in conducting POC
  • Experienced in presenting to different audiences
  • Experienced in drafting High-Level Design per proposed Solutions

The Solutions Consultant is responsible for helping to with the design architecture of ITG projects for variety of clients and conducting research to support the development and evolution of ITG’s services and solutions. He/She also supports revenue generating efforts to improve domain/industry experts and client expectations.

Technical Duties:
  • Lead the configuration building of the solution leveraging core configuration capabilities including work flow, custom scripts, reports, and integration
  • Strategize customized applications and/or software systems, participating in logical and physical design of the requirements and understanding the business requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining high quality of deliverables by conducting unit testing, integration/system testing, regression testing, product implementation shakeout, and post production support
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and statutory regulations
  • Evaluate data through opportunity research and business process analysis to inform requirements identification and process development
  • Produce or review user training materials per industry, per customized modules, or per integrated solutions

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any IT-related course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience in implementing IT product, services or solutions; experience on its practice area
  • Experience on managing people and resources
  • Experience on business process analysis and/or system design architecture
The Business Development Officer is responsible for penetrating industry specific accounts and creating new business. They are expected to develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met. They have the intermediate knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to carry out the tasks at their position level.

Technical Duties:
  • Development of new business; effective conversion of prospects to accounts.
  • Proposal creation appropriate for the requirement of the client.
  • Communicates monitors and ensures proper billing and accreditation procedures.
  • Collaborates with the technical team for the needed scope of work, assumption dependencies, and constraints or any other technical specifications needed to translate specific requirements into a quantitative value.
  • Enlist the support of technical specialist, implementation resources, service resources and other management resources.
  • Client communication and preparations

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any IT-related courses.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the job and an enthusiasm for working within a sales and marketing department.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role will be advantageous, as well as experience in handling finances and working within a strict deadline
  • Has experience in using CRM tools and other productivity tools
  • Has account management and relationship building skills.
